Orders are shipped between Tuesday - Friday after placing the order. Holiday periods may effect the order processing time frame - we will update the website to advise of any delayed processing times.

Can I cancel my order or change my address after the order has been processed?

How do I apply a discount code to my order?
You can apply discount codes to your order cart. You can only use 1 discount code per order.

Do I need to use product with my Coco & Camila?
The magic of the Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth is that you can completely remove all your makeup and cleanse your face using only warm water absolutely no product needed!
You can use a serum or moisturiser on your face after you have finished exfoliating your skin with the dense side of the cloth.
I have eyelash extensions, will the Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth damage my lashes?
Our snag free cloth design means you can use your Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth on your eyelash extensions without pulling or causing damage making your makeup removal process that much easier. Make sure to check with your eyelash technician how long you need to wait to wet your extensions after getting a fresh set or refill.
What is the difference between the Original Coco, XL Coco & Coco Mit?
The difference between the Original Coco, the XL Coco & the Coco Mit is all sizing. All 3 have the amazing Coco & Camila design and will deliver exception results in removing makeup and cleansing your face.
Is the Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth only for makeup removal and facial cleansing?
The Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloths can also be used to remove tanning products.
Is the Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth safe for my sensitive skin?
The gentle fibres on the Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloths are perfect for sensitive skin. The chemical free process will also ensure your skin care regime does not disrupt the PH balance in your skin.
Caring for my Coco
How do I clean my Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth?
Simply rinse your Coco & Camila Cleansing cloth with soapy warm water after each use and hang to dry. Machine wash your Coco a maximum of 3 times per week in a Coco & Camila Wash Bag to increase the lifespan of your cloth.
Can I put my Coco & Camila in the washing machine?
Yes, we recommend you wash your Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth up to 3 times per week in a Coco & Camila Wash Bag.
Can I put my Coco & Camila in the dryer?
To ensure the longevity of your Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth, we recommend you air dry your cloth out of direct sunlight rather than in the dryer.
How long will my Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth last?
Each Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth is good to use up to 1,000 times.
Do I need to use fabric softener when I wash my Coco & Camila Cleansing Cloth?
Do not use fabric softener as it will leave a coating on your cloth that may reduce the effectiveness of the cloth.
Using our Steam Tox
Do I drink it like a detox tea?
No. The Steam Tox can be made up in a tea cup however it is not for consumption. Place a towel over your head and allow your skin to soak up the steam.
How do I get the best results from my Steam Tox?
Stir 2 tablespoons of Botanical Steam Tox into a bowl of boiling water (2 cups) Make a tent with a towel over the bowl and steam your face for 5-7 minutes breathing deeply.
How hot should the steam be while I am steaming my face?
The air within the tent should be warm and comfortable. If you find the steam is hurting your face, let it cool down a bit and try again.
Can I use Steam Tox if I have eyelash extensions?
While you can definitely use our Steam Tox when you have eyelash extensions, we recommend you wear goggles to protect the longevity of your extensions.
