What do we do with your information?
When you make a purchase on our website, as part of the buying process, we collect the personal information you supply such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store your computer's internet protocol (IP) address is automatically provided to us so we can understand what you, as a potential client might be interested in looking at. If you allow or sign up for our email marketing updates, we may send you occasional emails with new products, store updates, promotions and other information we feel may be of interest to you.
How do I provide my consent?
When you provide your personal information at checkout you give your consent for us to use this information for the purposes of this transaction. If we require this information for additional reasons such as email marketing, you will be given an opportunity to decline. If you decide at a later date that you no longer wish to receive email marketing or updates from us, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from our email list.
Can we disclose your personal information to an outside entity?
If you violate our terms of service or if we are required by law to disclose your personal information we may do so.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
You can apply discount codes to your order cart. You can only use 1 discount code per order.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Shopify collect and store your data on their databases and server behind a firewall for protection.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do we protect sensitive information?
For all personal information collected we always take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your information. If you pay via credit card, the card information you provide is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. While we cannot guarantee all information provided over the internet will always be 100% secure, we ensure our practices follow all PCI-DSS requirements and other industry standards.
Should we choose to merge with another company or is aquired at any stage, you information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continure to sell products to you.
